ALL FOOD VENDOR FORMS ARE TO BE SENT DIRECTLY TO THE ORGANIZER at HEALTH@HEARHEREEVENTS.COM. IF YOU DO NOT SEND ME YOUR FORMS YOU MAY NOT VEND.
You are eligible to sell if:
- the items you sell are new and handmade by the seller
- if the items are new but not handmade by the seller participation is at the discretion of the Organizer
- No resale is permitted. Exceptions are at the market manager’s discretion

- bring your own canopy table chair table coverings displays and products
- unload park then set up
- all canopies MUST BE SECURED with weights or stakes
- all vendors stay until close

- all spaces are 8 foot for 6 foot table (no 8 foot tables please)
- no double spaces allowed.
