Failure to attend a scheduled market day forfeits prepaid fees and assigned space that day. All rights to attend future dates shall be at management discretion and may be jeopardized based on issues such as attendance appearance behavior product type and quality etc. Reserved spot placement is determined by and subject to change at the discretion of the market manager.
