ALL SALES ARE FINAL-THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS. THIS MARKET IS RAIN OR SHINE AND THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS GIVEN FOR WEATHER RELTED REASONS. The Organizer is not responsible for any transactions between vendors and customers. Vendors are responsible for their own sales and tax collections. Sales are not guaranteed.

Set up- 

• . Please be set up and ready to sell by 2. Set up begins as early 12:30pm
• No vendor may breakdown before 7pm- unless a weather warning is in effect- the Organizer or a Borough official is the only one that may ask the market to break down earlier for safety reasons.
• All vendors myst have a canopy table table cloth and bring their own displays. Displays must be safe and sturdy (its quite windy some times)

Market Organizer reserves the right to enforce strict compliance with all rules and regulations exceptions to the following rules and regulations will not be permitted.

1. MARKET MANAGEMENT and "VENDORS" or "EXHIBITORS"

Here Here LLC referred to hereafter as “Organizer”. "Vendors" may be referred to as both "Vendors" or "Exhibitors" and will be used interchangeable throughout this document.

2. SPACE ASSIGNMENT

Organizer reserves the right to determine booth location. Booth sharing is not permitted without consent of management. Exhibitors may not assign their booth or any portion thereof to any other person for any reason.

3. BOOTH FEES

Booth fees are payable in full before the Event.Vendors will not be allowed to occupy any

booth not fully paid for. In such a case any exhibit space money received shall be considered a non-refundable deposit.

4. DISPLAY REGULATIONS

No exhibit may block or interfere with a neighboring exhibit. Exhibitors shall confine all exhibit activities within the limits of their booth. All materials and activities in a booth shall be relevant to the Exhibitor’s products and/or services. Absolutely no exhibits are permitted outside the contracted booth space without express written permission from the Organizer . All exposed structures must be properly covered. Nothing may be nailed tacked screwed or otherwise attached to the columns walls floors or furniture in the event area. Decals or stick-on display materials cannot be affixed to floors or walls. Violators will be responsible for removal and charged for cleaning.

5. ATTENDEE 

All Vendors are required to register prior to the day of the event.

6. SETUP

No early packing may be started before the show closes. Cooperation on this point from all Exhibitors is required. Failure to comply with this request will result in loss of future exhibition privileges. Organizers will not assume any liability for any injury that may occur to show visitors Exhibitors or their agents and employees or others or their property during Show setup and dismantling periods. The Organizer and venue will be held harmless of any of the above.

7. AGE LIMITATIONS

Booth and table spaces must be staffed at all times by persons 18 years and older.

8. EXHIBITOR LIABILITIES

Exhibitors shall keep the contracted area neat clean and in good order. If the occupied space or any area of the Market property is damaged by the participant and/or his employees the contracted Exhibitor is liable. Exhibitor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Event Hear Here LLC Events and all their managers the entire venue officers sponsors employees agents guests successors and assigns from any damages expenses losses of liabilities including but not limited to any suit or claim for personal injury product liability property damage or loss of use of property by whosoever sustained on or about Exhibitor’s participation in show.

9. FOOD & BEVERAGES

Exhibitors may sell foods beverages only if they are contracted to do so and have filed forms with local/county/state health departments prior to the event and conform to all necessary rules and regulations of those departments. No intoxicating beverages are to be sold with out ABC approval on display. 

10. SMOKING

Smoking and vaping are prohibited at your space or any location inside the venue. 

11. CLEANING OF EXHIBITS

Exhibitors MUST thoroughly clean their existing space. Leaving it in the same good order they found it in. All your garbage MUST be disposed of correctly not left at the venue.

12. BOOTH SHARING

Sharing spaces prohibited. Sharing a booth or table with another Company unless contracted and approved by the Organizer is expressly prohibited. The distribution of samples literature or other materials for a non-exhibiting company without a contract is expressly prohibited.

13. TAXES

The Exhibitor agrees to comply with all applicable local federal and state tax laws. Organizer holds no responsibility for any taxes due from the Exhibitor. 

14. ATEENDANCE

Any Exhibitor wishing to cancel Show space reservation for reasons of their own may do so in writing. No refunds will be granted. All fees are non-refundable. In the event the event is rescheduled all fees will be transferred over. If you can not make the rain date your fee is non refundable & fees are not transferable. If you miss more than two markets due to cancellation (less than 48 hours) you will not be able to attend future markets.
