ALL FOOD VENDORS MUST CONTACT HEAR HERE LLC FIRST BEFORE REGISTRATION.


A Temporary Food License is REQUIRED for all food/drink vendors. PLEASE send me a request for the form by email.

The Organizer is not responsible for any transactions between vendors and customers. Vendors are responsible for their own sales and tax collections. Sales are not guaranteed.


Set up- 

  • . Please be set up and ready to sell by 12 noon
  • Set up begins as early 10:30 am
  • No vendor may breakdown before 5pm- unless a weather warning is in effect- the Organizer or a Borough official is the only one that may ask the market to break down earlier
  • All vendors myst have a canopy table table cloth and bring their own displays. Displays must be safe and sturdy (its quite windy some times)

Set up times vary per Market. Here are some guidelines:


All vendors must have a canopy table cloth and bring their own displays.

Displays must be safe and sturdy (it's windy sometimes)

1. MARKET MANAGEMENT

Hear Here LLC referred to hereafter as “Organizer”.


2. SPACE ASSIGNMENT

Organizer reserves the right to determine booth location. Booth sharing is not permitted without consent of management. Exhibitors may not assign their booth or any portion thereof to any other person for any reason.


3. BOOTH FEES

Booth fees are payable in full before the Event. Exhibitor will not be allowed to occupy any booth not fully paid for. In such a case any exhibit space money received shall be considered a non-refundable deposit.


4. DISPLAY REGULATIONS

No exhibit may block or interfere with a neighboring exhibit. Exhibitors shall confine all exhibit activities within the limits of their booth. 


5. EXHIBITOR ATTENDEE 

All Exhibitors are required to register and pay for their space BEFORE arrival at the venue. .


6. EXHIBIT SETUP

Scheduling of vehicle entry will be made in advance of the show. Schedule must be enforced. No early packing may be started before the show closes. Cooperation on this point from all Exhibitors is required. Failure to comply with this request will result in loss of future exhibition privileges. Organizers will not assume any liability for any injury that may occur to show visitors Exhibitors or their agents and employees or others or their property during Show setup and dismantling periods.


7. STAFFING

Booth and table spaces must be staffed at all times by persons 18 years of age and older. Organizers shall have the authority to adopt and enforce all rules and regulations regarding booth staffing.


8. EXHIBITOR LIABILITIES

Exhibitors shall keep the contracted area neat clean and in good order. If the occupied space or any area of the Market property is damaged by the participant and/or his employees the contracted Exhibitor is liable. Exhibitor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Event Hear Here LLC Events and all their managers the entire venue officers sponsors employees agents guests successors and assigns from any damages expenses losses of liabilities including but not limited to any suit or claim for personal injury product liability property damage or loss of use of property by whosoever sustained on or about Exhibitor’s participation in show.


9. FOOD & BEVERAGES

Exhibitors may sell foods beverages only if they are contracted to do so and have filed forms with local/county/state health departments prior to the event and conform to all necessary rules and regulations of those departments. No intoxicating beverages are to be sold with out ABC approval on display. All Health forms MUST be sent to the Organizer first.


10. SMOKING

Smoking and vaping are prohibited at your space or any location inside the venue. 


11. INSURANCE

Exhibitors shall sign a Hold Harmless form for either the Organizer or venue of operation.

12. CLEANING OF EXHIBITS

Exhibitors MUST thoroughly clean their existing space. Leaving it in the same good order they found it in. All your garbage MUST be disposed of correctly not left at the venue.


13. SUBLEASE

Subleasing tables is expressly prohibited. Sharing a booth or table with another Company unless contracted and approved by the Organizer is expressly prohibited. The distribution of samples literature or other materials for a non-exhibiting company without a Show contract is expressly prohibited.


14. EXHIBITOR RESPONSIBILITIES

The Exhibitor agrees to comply with all applicable local federal and state tax and other laws relating to the sale of goods or services and to obtain pay for and display all necessary licenses and permits and to pay all taxes and levies insofar as the Exhibitors own participation in the Show is concerned. Sales are not guaranteed and the Organizer holds no responsibility for any taxes due from the Exhibitor. 


15. CANCELLATION CLAUSE

Any Exhibitor wishing to cancel Show space reservation for reasons of their own may do so in writing. No refunds will be granted. All fees are non-refundable. In the event the event is rescheduled all fees will be transferred over. If you can not make the rain date your fee is non refundable & fees are not transferable.


16. FORCE MAJEURE

In the event any part of the exhibit or any portion thereof is unavailable whether for the entire event or a portion of the event as a result of fire flood pandemic tempest or any other such cause or as a result of war strike lock-out labor dispute riot or any other cause or agency over which the Show has no control or should the Show decide that because of any such

cause it is necessary to cancel postpone or re-site the Show or reduce the installation time Show time or move-out time the Show shall not be liable to indemnify or reimburse the Exhibitor in respect of any damage cost or loss direct or indirect as a result thereof.


17. AMENDMENTS

Organizer shall have full power in the interpretation and enforcement of all contract regulations contained herein and the power to make such amendments thereto and such further rules and regulations as shall be considered necessary for proper conduct of the exhibition. All Exhibitors will be promptly notified of any changes to these rules.


I have read and understood this information. By signing this form I agree to abide by the conditions listed above. Any violation of these rules will be cause for dismissal with out recourse or refund.
