Welcome to the Sea Bright INDOOR Farmers Market taking place at the Cecile F. Norton Community Center in Sea Bright NJ!
This weekly event will take place on WEDNESDAY afternoons from December 6th to May 22rd from 1pm to 6pm. Come and join us in supporting our local farmers and artisans as they bring their handmade goods to our market.
Rates are listed below. By registering to be a vendor you agree to abide by the Market Agreement.

1 day - $40 for an 8 foot by 4 foot spot
SET UP INFORMATION:

ALL Food vendors must submit a check made out to the "Monmouth County Regional Health Commission" for $50 to cover their health and safety application fees.

MARKET VENDOR AGREEMENT
ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE FINAL- NO REFUNDS.
The Organizer is not responsible for any transactions between vendors and customers. Vendors are responsible for their own sales and tax collections. Sales are not guaranteed.
Set up times vary per Market. Here are some guidelines:
Please be set up and ready to sell by market start time.. Set up begins as early as 2 hours prior to start. No vendor may break down before the end of the Market. Only the Organizer or a venue official may make the decision to break down earlier for safety reasons.
All vendors must have a sturdy canopy, table cloth that goes to the floor, and bring their own displays. All items must be secured in case of wind and weather events.
Market Organizer reserves the right to enforce strict compliance with all rules and regulations, exceptions to the following rules and regulations will not be permitted.

1. MARKET MANAGEMENT
Hear Here LLC referred to hereafter as “Organizer”.
2. SPACE ASSIGNMENT
Organizer reserves the right to determine booth location. Booth sharing is not permitted without consent of management. Vendors may not assign their booth or any portion thereof to any other person for any reason.
3. VENDOR FEES
Booth fees are payable in full before the Event. Vendor will not be allowed to occupy any
booth not fully paid for.
4. DISPLAY REGULATIONS
No exhibit may block or interfere with a neighboring exhibit. Vendors shall confine all exhibit activities within the limits of their booth.
5. EXHIBIT SETUP
No early packing may be started before the show closes. Cooperation on this point from all Vendors is required. Failure to comply with this request will result in loss of future exhibition privileges. Organizers will not assume any liability for any injury that may occur to show visitors, Vendors or their agents and employees or others or their property during Show setup and dismantling periods.
6. SET UP
Set up instructions may vary. Please contact the Organizer with any questions. Do not contact the venue.
7. STAFFING
Booth and table spaces must be staffed at all times by persons 18 years of age and older. Organizers shall have the authority to adopt and enforce all rules and regulations regarding booth staffing.
8. VENDOR LIABILITIES
Vendors shall keep the contracted area neat, clean and in good order. If the occupied space or any area of the Market property is damaged by the participant and/or his employees the contracted Vendor is liable. Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Event, Hear Here LLC and all their managers the entire venue officers, sponsors, employees, agents, guests, successors and assigns from any damages expenses losses of liabilities including but not limited to any suit or claim for personal injury product liability, property damage or loss of use of property by whosoever sustained on or about Vendor’s participation in show.
9. FOOD & BEVERAGES
Vendors may sell food and beverages only if they are contracted to do so and have filed forms with local/county/state health departments prior to the event and conform to all necessary rules and regulations of those departments as well as to the Market Manager. If Fire Official must give prior authorization before cooking is done on premises, those forms must be filed. Copies of all forms must be sent to the Organizer prior to set up. No intoxicating beverages are to be sold without ABC approval on display. All Health, fire and insurance forms MUST be sent to the Organizer first.
10. SMOKING
Smoking and vaping are prohibited at your space or any location inside the venue.
11. INSURANCE
Vendors may be asked to sign a Hold Harmless form for either the Organizer or venue of operation.
12. CLEANING OF EXHIBITS
Vendors MUST thoroughly clean their existing space. Leaving it in the same good order they found it in. All your garbage MUST be disposed of correctly, not left at the venue.
13. SUBLEASE
Subleasing tables is expressly prohibited. Sharing a booth or table with another Company unless contracted and approved in writing by the Organizer is expressly prohibited. The distribution of samples literature or other materials for a non-exhibiting company without a Show contract is expressly prohibited.
14. Vendor RESPONSIBILITIES
The Vendor agrees to comply with all applicable local federal and state tax and other laws relating to the sale of goods or services and to obtain, pay for and display all necessary licenses and permits and to pay all taxes and levies insofar as the Vendor's own participation in the Show is concerned. Sales are not guaranteed and the Organizer holds no responsibility for any taxes due from the Vendor.
14a. ATTENDANCE
All vendors are required to participate in every market for which they are registered. In the event of an absence, vendors must promptly notify the Organizer at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide prior notice will result in a warning being issued to the vendor. Should a vendor have two consecutive unnotified absences, they will be released from the market with no opportunity for appeal or refund.
15. CANCELLATION CLAUSE
Any Vendor wishing to cancel Show space reservation for reasons of their own may do so in writing. No refunds will be granted. All fees are non-refundable. In the event the event is rescheduled all fees will be transferred over. If you can not make the rain date your fee is non refundable & fees are not transferable.
16. FORCE MAJEURE
In the event any part of the exhibit is unavailable whether for the entire event or a portion of the event as a result of fire, flood, pandemic, tempest, smoke or any other such cause or as a result of war strike lock-out labor dispute riot or any other cause or agency over which the Show has no control or should the Show decide that because of any such cause it is necessary to cancel postpone or re-site the Show or reduce the installation time Show time or move-out time the Show shall not be liable to indemnify or reimburse the Vendor in respect of any damage cost or loss direct or indirect as a result thereof. In other words- no weather related refunds.
17. AMENDMENTS
Organizer shall have full power in the interpretation and enforcement of all contract regulations contained herein and the power to make such amendments thereto and such further rules and regulations as shall be considered necessary for proper conduct of the exhibition. All Vendors will be promptly notified of any changes to these rules.
17a. NON DISCLOSURE AND NON COMPETE.
All vendors at the market are prohibited from engaging in discussions with any organization representative who is encouraging them to participate in another market. Such solicitation is viewed as "poaching" and could result in the vendor being expelled from the market.
18. ORGANIZER DISCRETION
Participation in any event is at the sole discretion of the Organizer. The Organizer will be the vendor’s only point of contact for the event. The Organizer acts as a liaison between the venue and is an advocate for both parties. Any vendor in contact with the venue- without first contacting the Organizer in writing, will not be permitted to participate in the event.No recourse, no refund. All questions must go through the Organizer first. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any vendor if they do not conform to the following: All vendors must hand make a consumer product locally within the state of New Jersey. Vendors that make consumable products must have a health inspection certificate from their Commercial Kitchen, Commissary (or have a Cottage Food Operator’s Permit and ServSafe) from the health department. Documents must be submitted to the Organizer via email at least one week prior to the Event.
If found in violation of any of the above, a written warning will be issued. After the third warning it is at the discretion of the Organizer, if the vendor will be permitted to remain a vendor or will be dismissed without recourse or refund.
